Does anyone know what happened to Bluto’s? This was the Mediterranean restaurant that took over the old Afuri location off of 1st and Watson. Now the inside just has everything inside meticulously covered in white wrap.
Hi all, my SO is looking to get her hair colored for her birthday in a couple weeks. Something like in this reference image. She has darker brown hair (half Japanese), and is hoping to find someone who knows how to work w/her hair type.

Can anyone point me to any short clips or interviews that give the background for the Cold Dark Place EP? There must be a story there since it serves as a unique chapter in their discography being a strong presence for Brent later in the band’s career and also being an EP of new material. I don’t know. I chatted with Jon last fall about getting some of Conan’s vinyl back catalog repressed. He mentioned the burden of having to front the cash for it, and then sit on the stock hoping it’ll sell.
A couple ideas:
- Petition their label (Heavy Psyche Records) to take on the task.
- Leverage a Kickstarter approach to get the cash up front directly from the fan base.
