lady rents a room from someone who owns the house. they became really fast friends. house is on half an acre.
landlord friend says she doesn’t want kids over the house, and the tenant friend ends up saying she has a friend who lives close by with 2 kids who don’t have a yard so she asks if she can have them over (going as far as building the kids a MUD KITCHEN on the property). landlord friend says okay, i told you i don’t want kids over but if they can come over when i am at work, then sure. tenet friend goes on to say they can’t do that because they have specific nap times and they can only come over while landlord friend is home. and has them over at least ONCE A WEEK.
landlord friend basically kicks her out and tenet friend says she is in the right because she rents a room and she is allowed to have people over. and it’s not her fault the kids can’t come over when she is at work and can only be over to play in the yard when the landlord friend gets home from work.
