I think I may have an addiction
Battle Network has been my favorite game series ever since the first game launched, and I have beaten these games at least a dozen times each including all of the spin off titles. Problem is I love them so much I have a hard time keeping my massive backlog in check.
I grabbed the Starforce LC (Having an absolute blast with it, revisiting all of the games with modern QoL has been so good.), Picked up most of the Tales of games to experience a series I have only passively played a few of in the past, and am sitting on a gigantic backlog of games I picked up over the years across multiple systems, yet here I am, playing Battle Network 6 at 4am instead of handling any of those things.
I dont know what it is about these blasted games that has their hook in me so deep, but I genuinely have a problem putting them down for any extended period of time.
Sorry this post isn't very much of a discussion, and more of just a late night thought train, but I needed to just put this out into the world.
