Help save my ficus (my favourite houseplant)

Hi, I'd like someone help me to diagnose what's wrong with my ficus. Since I bought it, it's been dropping leaves like crazy.

The first thing I do to new plants is give them a pesticide treatment, which hasn't helped. In my opinion the damage also isn't similar to any pest damage I've seen. After searching online, I thought it might be something fungal, but I'm not sure. Photos are attached. In photo 3 you can see 2 red bumps as well as a sort of white mould. The bumps are definitely not scale, although I have no idea what they actually are.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Extra details: It's living by a south facing window. I don't believe there's any draft from the window right now. I am skeptical that it's getting enough sun, since the new leaves are not really growing. Soil is damp but not overly damp from about an inch down from the top.

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my LED light from a 120w to a 150w and I'd like some recommendations.

•My tent is small - 60x70 cm so I'm not looking at a 200w light or something •I also struggle a lot with heat in there, so it's pretty important to me that the new light doesn't burn hot •Obviously I want something that will give the "best" result in flower (which I'm aware is hard to say since that depends on so many other factors) •Budget is max 150 euro

Could any of you more experienced growers lend me a hand in choosing? Thanks!
