i went to my first oddity shop a while ago, it wasnt the best. the lady working there was a bit rude and the shop smelled absolutely terrible. i dont have a local oddity shop, this one near me was in texas when i was on a trip, but i do go antiquing frequently. im used to old mildew-y smells, this shop smelled like dead things and was hot. i feel like this is unusual? like the things there weren’t being stored properly 😵
