Wondering if there is a way to fix my save but probably not.

After dying against the water temple boss, i revived "under water" and it gave me free reign in the map. That free reign let me explore a bit to find a heart piece, but i couldn't collect it. So i turned the game off and on to fix my character, and now while i could get the heart piece, I'm stuck on the island.

Any thoughts? Switch version
