Hi!, I will be subleasing my apartment at 2130 University Avenue from Mid-June till Mid-August (move-in date is flexible). It is a furnished studio complex located 4 minutes from the college of Engineering. Current Rent is 1059 + 59 for Internet, subleasing for $1000.
