Bruising Post-Seizure: Can I speed up healing?

I (28f) have epilepsy and had a seizure with a bad fall a few days ago. I’ve never fallen this hard before. My thigh must have taken the brunt of it and it’s very sensitive to the touch. I typically heal very slowly from bruising, but would rather not have a purple thigh for months. Any advice on speeding up the process?

Remedies for bruising?

I had my first seizure after 3 years last week. I was in the shower and had a pretty nasty fall according to my bruises. The back of my left thigh is essentially one ginormous purple blob (don’t know how to upload a photo or I would).

Any advice on healing a bruise that large?
