Best lens for dynamic photography
I inherited my mother’s Nikon D5000, it came with an 18 - 55 mm lens as well as some other neat gadgets I need to do more research on, but anyways, the camera is from 2005 (if that matters)
I use the camera primarily to do senior/grad, couple, and modeling. However, I also have an interest in product photography and have just taken on a role that will allow me to do more of that. Additionally, I have been recruited to do promotional photography for an organization.
While I have not had any formal training, I’ve been working with the camera for a couple of years now.
I am wondering if there’s a lens upgrade for this camera that would allow me to have a bigger range since I am sort of a portfolio photographer right now.
The lens is great, but old and probably in need of a refresh.
