I want to change my career and im having a bad burnout

I dont want to be ungrateful but im so tired and burned out by dictatorship in my field, I am a graphic designer and over the last few years ive build myself up but now it seems like I cant really move further as companies I work for just wants more of a slave then a creative person.

graphic designing started as a hobby for me and developed into a career over time but now it just seems so exhausting and frustrating, if u have a team filled with incompetent people who arent willing to help and shift everything on your plate then gaslight you into saying they are doing what's best for you.

I have a degree in business aswell and I did a internship at a hotel before I became a designer.

I want to change my career into something else idk if its too late for that. Will I find same paying job or not idk but this current job is my bread and butter.

I honestly want to cry, I feel so lost and frustrated.

I started painting workshops last year in dubai and then we stopped and I want to revive it again but I don't know how

Last year for my business thesis I started these small workshops in D3 in cafes where we hosted art and wellness experiences.

im a senior graphic designer and I studied business I wanted to combine them both and do something outside the box, now we did host around winter times but it was really hard to market ourselves we did our best through Instagram and we got sum workshops.

we hosted our last workshop in brands for less and after that we went silent.

about how many people were in my team, it was only 3 and our workshops consisted of us having different activities like canvas paintings, mug painting, pouch paintings and more

atm im alone and I dont have anyone to revive this workshops with, it was really a nice side project any advice or help would be appreciated
