Anyone here have experience with the UNM system/newgrad residency? I’ve been offered a spot in the STICU with initial orientation in the PCU. All other programs I’ve looked at start off in the “end” unit, so this lower to higher acuity program at UNM seems like a good idea in theory but is novel to me.
Any thoughts are appreciated!
