Dear All,

I’m in the process of switching jobs on skilled worker visa. Can I take a break for one week between the last day of current organisation and joining date at new organisation? I have the CoS and approved visa from new org. From ChatGPT, answer is it’s allowed to take a short break under 60 days.

I want to check if anyone had such a short break during the employment switch and had no impacts to ILR process.
