Should I tell top surgeon I'm diy-ing T or lie and say I'm with gendergp?

Planning on going with pall mall top surgery uk, I feel like I should tell the I'm on t cause it would be important for the anesthesiologist to know but I'm worried they'll reject me if I say im diy-ing it? Should I just lie and say I've gone private through gendergp?
