Clean Luxury + Streetwear Haul — Chrome Hearts, AMI, Gallery Dept, Margiela & More

Another haul came in and this one honestly might be my cleanest yet. I went for a mix of minimal luxury pieces, trendy streetwear, and everyday wearable items — and the quality across everything seriously exceeded expectations.

The tees are easily the highlight of this haul. The Chrome Hearts Tee has insane detailing and a really premium heavyweight feel. The JIL SANDER Tee is super clean and minimal with a perfect oversized fit, while both Hellstar Tees stand out with bold graphics and crazy good quality prints.

The AMI Tees are probably some of the most wearable pieces here — simple, stylish, and really easy to pair with anything. The Vivienne Westwood Tee has such a unique vibe in person, and both Gallery Dept Tees bring that vintage streetwear aesthetic perfectly. The Margiela Tee feels super premium too and has one of the cleanest fits in the haul.

Accessories and footwear went crazy as well. The AMIRI baseball cap is simple but adds a luxury touch to casual outfits, and the quality/details are way better than expected. The AJ high-top skate shoes are honestly one of my favorite pickups — super comfortable, clean shape, and they work with almost every outfit in this haul.

Overall, every piece feels genuinely high quality with soft fabrics, clean stitching, and great fits. Nothing feels cheap or badly made, and the whole haul works perfectly for everyday wear while still standing out. Definitely one of my favorite pickups so far.

Took a bunch of detailed pics because these pieces deserved it. Feel free to rate the haul — all W2C links are listed below.

Do you really know what your actual investment returns are?

It's a legitimate question because the more I get into this, the more confused I become. My broker shows me a percentage gain, but I have no idea if that is accounting for the timing of my deposits, dividends being reinvested, or how I am really doing compared to just throwing everything into an index fund and forgetting about it.

I’ve spoken to a few people in my circle that are investors, and most of them just look at the total value going up and call it a day. which I understand, but it doesn't really tell you if you're making smart decisions or just riding a bull market.

Is there a proper way to measure this performance that normal people, without a finance background, can actually understand and use? what are the real metrics you look at to see if your portfolio is doing well or not

Massive Streetwear Haul — Ami, Moncler, Bape, Margiela, LV, Essentials & More (Crazy Quality)

This haul honestly turned out even better than I expected. I wanted a mix of clean essentials, trendy Y2K pieces, and premium streetwear accessories, and every single item ended up fitting perfectly into my wardrobe.

The tees are definitely the strongest part of the haul. The Ami Tee and Margiela Tee both have super clean minimal designs with really premium-feeling fabric. The Y2K Tee and Nude Project Tee give that trendy oversized aesthetic while still being easy to wear daily. The Moncler Tee and Canada Goose Tee feel heavyweight and high quality, and the stitching/details are way better than I expected.

The Sup Tee, LV Tee, Bape Tee, Off Tee, and Fog Tee all stand out in different ways and give that proper streetwear look without feeling overdone. The ESSENTIALS Tee is probably one of the most comfortable pieces in the haul, and it works with literally everything.

The bottoms surprised me too. The Casablanca Shorts and Hellstar Shorts both fit perfectly for summer outfits, while the AC Jeans have an amazing stacked fit and instantly elevate any outfit.

Accessories absolutely completed the haul. The Carhartt Caps are perfect everyday hats, and the Lulu Knitted Hat looks super clean with casual fits. The LV Belt feels premium in hand and adds a luxury touch without being too flashy, while the Dior Necktie is honestly one of the cleanest accessories I’ve picked up in a while. Even the Adidas Socks feel soft and surprisingly high quality.

Overall, this is easily one of the most wearable hauls I’ve had so far. Every piece feels well-made, comfortable, and easy to style for daily outfits. Nothing feels cheap, and the quality-to-price ratio is honestly insane.

Took a lot of detailed photos because the pieces deserved it. Feel free to rate the haul — all W2C links are listed below.

anyone else think local voice controlled AI agents on mac is an underexplored space because this repo made me th

was browsing through github this week and stumbled on a project that is trying to do something i have not seen packaged together before. voice first AI agent orchestration that runs locally on macOS, no cloud required, MIT licensed, built by one person over 6 months.
the part that stood out to me is that it is not just a single AI assistant you talk to. it is a coordinated team of agents where one plans, one executes, and one reviews before anything actually happens on your machine. the review layer is specifically designed to catch the kind of errors that happen when you let a single model run unchecked.

it is v0.1.0 so genuinely early and macOS only which limits the audience right now. but the architectural thinking behind it is interesting regardless of the current limitations. repo is github.com/OpenYabby/OpenYabby if you want to dig into how the agent coordination actually works.

my cat barely drinks water and i cannot figure out how to get her to hydrate properly, tried everything i can think of

my 4 year old cat has always been a reluctant drinker. the vet has flagged it as something to watch given her age and breed and i have been trying to find solutions that actually make a difference. i have tried different bowl materials, different placements around the house, wet food to supplement, even putting water next to her food and away from her food.

she will occasionally drink but nothing consistent and i worry about the long term kidney implications. i have heard that cats naturally prefer moving water and that a fountain might help but the ones i have looked at seem either flimsy or really loud which i suspect would put her off entirely.

has anyone found a water solution that actually got their reluctant cat drinking more consistently? specifically curious about fountains that are quiet and easy to clean because those seem to be the two factors that determine whether cats actually use them.

been putting off my CPR renewal for a few months now because every option i find seems to require blocking out an entire day for a classroom session. i work long shifts and finding a full day that works with my schedule has been impossible. there has to be a more flexible option in or near tracy that still produces a legitimate american heart association certified card. has anyone in the area done this recently and found something that actually works around a real schedule?

starting my first proper bulk after 2 years of just maintaining. i know the basics, calorie surplus, high protein, lift heavy. what i don't know is what foods actually make hitting those targets sustainable day to day without making eating feel like a second job.

i'm a naturally small eater so volume is my enemy. i need calorie and protein dense options that don't require me to eat massive portions. what did you actually eat when you were bulking that made the difference?

Came across a report about a situation in North Jersey involving a classic car project that seems to have gone sideways.

From what I understand, an older owner had a specialty build done, but there are now claims about parts not matching what was agreed on and the vehicle not being returned. It also sounds like the car was moved between multiple shops, which made things more complicated.

Curious if anyone here has seen similar situations locally or knows how common this is.
