First time spa visitor in Kochi – Anyone had bad experiences asking for extra services? Looking for genuine recommendations too

I've never been to a spa before and I'm planning to visit one in Kochi soon. I've heard that some places offer "extra services" (happy ending massages etc.) but I'm a bit nervous about it.
Has anyone had any bad experiences when they asked for extras? Like pushy staff, hygiene issues, overcharging, unsafe situations, raids, or anything else I should watch out for? Would really appreciate honest warnings.
On the flip side, if you've gotten extra services successfully, can you suggest some genuine and decent places in Kochi where it's handled professionally and safely? Preferably with good reviews for the massage itself too.
