Taking the leap into the espresso game! I've always wanted a machine and the wife wouldn't stop talking about having one of our own... so my Gaggia e24 arrives on Saturday!

Just curious if anyone has recommendations on favorite recipes/syrups.

Any tips/need to knows also welcome! Thanks for all the info out there, it made buying my first machine a breeze.
