Rattling noise from under the steering
I have a 2024 with around 10k miles on it and over the last 2-3k miles
Whenever I go over even a slightly uneven road, I hear a sound similar to a plate vibrating AND
On more bumpier roads (there are a ton in NJ) , it's as if something is hitting against this metal plate and producing a sound.
In the attached video, the sound is most prominent around the 30s and 50s mark. It's not the loud plastic rattling. The rattle I am talking about happens just before the loud plastic rattle. So you may need to pay very careful attention with full volume on.
I feel the noise is coming from somewhere under the steering but not sure.
Can someone help ? What could this be? I took it to the dealer and they couldn't even hear it so that failed miserably. But it's driving me insane.
