This is a 1936 Lebanon 1 Piastre coin USD 20

The coin features a hole in the center, flanked by two lion heads on one side and Arabic/Latin text indicating its value ("1 Piastre" and "غرش واحد"). The other side includes the country's name, "ETAT DU GRAND LIBAN" (State of Greater Lebanon)..
