Hey there, I’m looking to get advice on what the tax implications are regarding creating an LLC in America. My husband is applying to get his E2 visa. We have a successful company here in Canada and we are looking for a path that he can eventually get an L1 visa. I’m unsure on how to have the lawyers create the LLC whether it’s a parent company of subsidiary or fully owned by our Canadian company and the tax implications of all I don’t even know who to talk to you about it or what to ask. Any advice would be so welcome or anyone I can get referred to to speak about this. We will be moving to Florida and we are currently in Ontario.
