Our dog has allergies and vet has recommended only fish diet (UK)

We feed our dogs raw. Mostly chicken sometimes beef. But our little dog has been having issues suspected allergies / IBD and vet has said fish only diet is best shout to see if it improves. I want to continue feeding them raw. Anyone have any experience ordering raw fish - company recommendations to go for?

I’ve finally had notification of my pre op call for the hip injection so hopefully will be having this procedure in the next few weeks as been waiting since December/January for this and i know it’s a necessary part of the pathway before surgery. However I’m feeling quite nervous and scared about this as haven’t been put to sleep for anything since I was a teenager and I’m worried about how it’ll feel in my hip after.
Can you share your experiences of this, how did your hip feel immediately after , how was the pain, how long before you could exercise again?
If you had any QL compensation/guarding from your FAI, did the hip injection seem to help anything (I’m guessing not, as it doesn’t change hip mechanics and the way you move, just masks the pain)

I’m really starting to get depressed being in pain every day. I’ve had hip impingement my whole life but it seems the last year or so it’s becoming unmanageable. I have constant QL guarding on the left side, I’m constantly in pain doing anything even from rolling from one side to other in bed, sitting and standing or bending over. I saw a surgeon here (privately) in UK as I have had scans and it’s shown I have cam type FAI, some labral irregularity and bone has remodelled due to the hip mechanics (classic signs of FAI). Yet he looked at scans and said it doesn’t warrant surgery although I have some arthritis already. He said surgery is super invasive and I should try to avoid if I can. I’m 36 years old, love lifting weights and I’ve gone from someone who can train hard several times a week to having to reduce frequency and intensity and I’m just tight and sore every day of my life even when I take extra rest. I love training, it’s a huge part of my life. I’ve tried doing a bunch of different mobility exercises, stretching, amended my training. Nothing seems to help. And I’m really not satisfied with the surgeons response- he said “cool down and stretch more, do the right exercises”… I really don’t think that’s going to solve this but ok??? Should I speak to another surgeon, it’s a lot of money going privately but I don’t know what to do.
