Bonus if it’s non toxic and doesn’t leave greasy white cast like zinc paste

I’m trying to move to Baker/Speer neighborhood in the next few weeks. I’ve seen a ton of bad reviews on cornerstone apartments and also on pretty much every big apartment complex in the area.

Anyone have any tips or leads for a 1br in the area ?

Flying out next week to sign a lease and getting overwhelmed.

I did contact smart city but I’m also looking to supplement what they find with some other smaller buildings.
