Took a class from a local bakery and these turned out so great! Idk if I would make them by scratch myself though, new appreciation for how much work goes into this.
Working on a small study for class to map out which "essential" Philly spots are actually hits vs. misses across different groups.
I’ve put together a quick checklist (Mission Taqueria, Barbuzzo, Harp & Crown, etc.)—you just mark Yes or No on whether you’d go back.
Curious to see the results. You can take the survey here: https://forms.gle/h1GMrD43pEijFmg86. Happy to share the results once I have them!
(Also feel free to roast my list or drop your "never again" spots in the comments!)
