Majestic Century Plant (Agave americana)

Agave americana – Locally Grown in my backyard hahahaha.

Add a dramatic architectural statement to your landscape with these healthy, sun-hardened Century Plants. These are the offspring of the massive, stunning specimen shown in the photos, known for its iconic blue-grey hue and grand scale.

Condition: Very healthy, robust, and already acclimated to our crazy heat summers.

Size: Let me know what size you want, i have some from 6 inches to about 1.5 feet tall.

As Fresh as fresh gets, I will dig up for ya before you arrive for pickup.
these plants are hardy as heck, they recover in no time.

Planting them in ground is best, to see then grow large. They are fast growers that eventually reach massive proportions (as seen in the "momma plant" photos)
i am not sure how tall it will get but mine is over 8 feet and still going.

Care: Extremely low-maintenance and drought-tolerant. Thrives in full sun with minimal water once established. just about any soil.. I think, my soil is clay like and they do fine.

Location: Canyon Country / Santa Clarita
Pickup: Door pickup only, on my driveway.

Important: These plants have sharp terminal spines! Please bring a sturdy box, bucket.

$5 per for really small pups if ya like under 6 inches
$10 for the bigger ones EACH. I think i have 6 - 8 of these. 8 inches to 1.5 feet.

How many of these fellas would you like?

$10 bucket of pads (8+). Indian Fig Cactus Pads (Opuntia ficus-indica) – Ready to Plant!

Selling cut pads from my thriving Indian Fig Prickly Pear. These are large, healthy, and have already been calloused so they are 100% ready to go into the ground..

  • Ease of Care: Incredibly hardy; they thrive in almost any soil. Full SCV Sun, maybe a bit of supplemental watering just in summer months
  • Uses: Perfect for creating a beautiful, low-maintenance natural privacy fence.
  • Fruit: Produces large, delicious edible fruit (see photos). young pads are also edible
  • Note: 8-10 pads included. Please bring your own container (white bucket in photo not included). $10

Local only, come pick them up or meet at park in Canyon Country

They make a fantastic "living fence" (see photo) once they fill in. As a bonus, the fruit is big and delicious! I’ve even noticed the local bunnies love snacking on them during the peak heat of the summer.

Lanceleaf Liveforever (Dudleya lanceolata)

just at the back of my yard, my property is very steep, and there are some of these growing there. About 10 years ago i harvested some seeds from the ones in my property and tosses the seeds in shallow pots next to my opuntias. Some of the seedlings actually grew...

By the ways these images are from a hike in Santa Clarita, not the ones in my property.
They love rocky canyon walls, hard to spot unless they are flowering.
Some times I return to same spot just to see them in their varying stages.

Desert Chia Sage (Salvia columbariae)

Time to cut the weeds around my property, this I did some yard seed harvesting so that i can plant them on my front along the driveway come fall near the rains.

I love California Native plants and Cacti. I like them near my cacti plants.
i harvested a lot turns out. lol.... if i was to sale my extra how would i do this?
i see one fella on etsy selling 10 seed packets...that is crazy, they are so tiny.

What should i sell a teaspoon for? i read that is 1500-2500 seeds. is asking for $10 too much?

seems is has varies names it goes by 'Desert Chia', 'Golden Chia', 'Chia Sage'
