Hello, I got my nexplanon implant May 2025. I understand that one of the potential side effects was bleeding/ spotting and that has been the case for me continuously ever since I got the implant. However, last week I started taking Irish sea moss (2 capsules a day) and since I started taking sea moss my spotting/bleeding has stopped completely which was wonderful!!! I thought it might've been a coincidence so I stopped taking it and 48 hours later the bleeding has come back. Any ideas on why this could be? Coincidence or is the sea moss actually helping with the spotting?
