Brand new Clack Ws1 system installed, and I'm running through the setup and can't get the fill cycle to put water into the brine tank at all.

Went through backwash, brine (pulling water from tank that I manually added to tank), rinse just fine

But fill won't add any water to the system.

Any advice? Don't know much about these systems. I took off the brine line connector and ensured the hose was fine... Again, suction works, but it won't put water into the tank

Could the one way valve be stuck or something?
