Marinwood in the spring is so cute

Was just up in Marinwood and forgot how good it is in the spring. It’s noticeably warmer and sunnier than a lot of Marin, and everything just feels so chill, kids out, people walking dogs, neighbors actually outside.

It’s not a “destination” place at all, but that’s kind of the point. Quiet streets, easy vibe, nothing trying too hard. Just feels like a really livable pocket, especially compared to foggier parts closer to the coast.

Curious if people who live there feel the same or if it’s just a visitor perspective.

Thoughts on living in Marinwood in Marin?

Would love people's opinions on living in Marinwood. We are moving from Outer Sunset and checked out a lot of neighborhoods in Marin and just loved the feel and vibe of Marinwood. It seems quiet, safe, tons of dogs, hiking and mountain biking trails, kids running around like it's the 70's and without the pretension of other areas of Marin. Almost no earthquake/flooding risk. What's the day to day vibe? Any insight (good or bad) would be welcome!
