I do a long run through Croydon/Addiscombe every weekend morning. Something I've noticed, happens more on Sundays, is this weird thing of usually a solo man (seen this in different areas, but this morning it was near east croydon station - he ended up stopping in front of the flats on St James Rd), dragging along a Boombox (is that what they're called?) blasting usually reggae music at maximum volume.

I used to think, probably druggies. Is that what it is?
