I cant tell if my eyes or just tricking me or if he does look more yellow than before. Also today i found him surfaced on top of the soil looks like he did a lap around the top. I know surfacing can be a sign of something wrong w the soil but ive read its also a sign of him trying to make a pupa cell? Also bc he surfaced i checked the soil to see if it had to be switched and there was almost no frass, i know they dont eat (and therefore dont shit i assume lol) pre-pupa so im hoping that is whats going on🤞 otherwise i am concerned for my grub

Also i’ve only had him since November and he’s megasoma mars i know their time as a grub is much longer than that normally, but i got him as L3 i dont know how old he was when i received him.
