So my chromebook has recently been restarting itself at 30 percent battery and lowk it doesent wanna make tha screen turn on now but it still has things like the charging light and powered on light cuz it goes like this orange for a few seconds then white for a few seconds then no light then orange again

So basically ive had this hp chromebook laptop and one day it lowk decided to contort and I dont know why it wont go back to normal and it still charges and turns on but the screen display looks Hella weird anyways I can fix it?
