First unit had a screen defect and a crooked enter key. After exchanging, second unit came with the side pried open and the screen not fully seated.. really bad luck? Or is their QA just very poor? First time buyer.
worst thing is that I purchased it abroad and only noticed the issue in the second unit now after coming back home. send an email to TE support, hope to receive some guidance on how to proceed. I’m pretty annoyed with this whole thing, it’s an expensive piece of hardware I expected much better quality than this.
