I ditched my Garmin Instinct 3 Watch for this "half-baked" Rangeman. Zero regrets.
I’ve seen all the reviews saying the GPR-H1000 isn’t a "real" smartwatch. "The app is clunky," "The HR isn't medical grade," "It's too big."
But after a week with it, I realized I don't want a mini-computer on my wrist that I have to baby. I wanted a G-Shock that happens to tell me how hard my heart is pumping when I'm hitting the trails (or the stairs at work).
That MIP display (check the second photo) is miles ahead of any standard LCD, and honestly, the "smart" features are exactly as much as I actually need without the notification fatigue.
Not to mention that my Garmin was stuck on a certain version amd could not be upgraded. Plus the solar on them is just crap.
