[US] Did I dodge a scam? Ebay buyer’s address routed to a sketchy location.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I was wary of it and wanted to post here in case anyone deals with similar issues going forward.

Buyer bought a for parts laptop from me after haggling the price for like 2 days - finally made the sale and the address was routed to a Flybox location in Doral, Florida. I look up the reviews for this place and almost every review is talking about how people make purchases from outside the US, have them shipped there, then have it shipped to whatever country they’re in (sorta like a proxy shipping service) but all purchases are made from stolen credit cards or with fake information and sellers mentioned getting hit with “item not received” refund requests, among reports of legit customers having their packages stolen.

I really didn’t feel comfortable with it since it just seemed sketchy and I feel like I’ve dodged a bullet with putting myself through disputes. I just refunded the buyer and reported it.

Would this come across as demanding or rude? Google translate makes it seem like a demand but I am not sure if it is interpreted that way to Spanish speakers ?

Buyer sent me “La compra ya mismo!!” on eBay after sending an offer, google essentially interprets it as “make the purchase now!” but I don’t know the intended emotion behind this. Is it meant to be rude/demanding or does the direct translation make it seem this way? I am a bit wary since this is a for-parts item and I don’t want there to be any misunderstanding.
