We’re a small group of developers who regularly build and ship software products. We enjoy building, and we’ve been consistently shipping projects, but we suck at one thing: marketing.

So we’re looking for someone who wants to own that side.

What we need:

• Someone who can post consistently (Twitter/X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Insta.)
• Basic sense of positioning, hooks, and storytelling. Need not be actual videos, just tasteful graphic posts would do too, but your call since you know best
• Ideally some design sense
• Someone who actually wants to grow something long-term

What you get:

• Revenue share on anything you help sell (SaaS or freelance deals). We will be very transparent and you can have access to all analytics tools
• Ownership of marketing decisions
• A team that actually builds fast and ships
• Real products to market (not broken 1 weekend vibecoded slop - those don't sell and are bs)

Important:

• This is NOT paid upfront (we’re being upfront about it)
• We’re only looking for people who are serious about making this work, and want to be around as mates. We are a team in this

Good fit:

• Beginner marketers who want real experience + portfolio
• Someone tired of working on fake case studies
• Someone who wants to grow with a team instead of working solo
