I’m seeing lot of villa projects coming up and considering one near kollur that’s ready to move, Myra villas. Want to confirm if anyone can confirm documents, legal approvals, registration details etc before i proceed?
I’m currently in a comfortable 3bhk in one of the Aparnas in Nallagandla, accessible to everything, decent construction, community, amenities etc
Does selling this to buy a villa in Kollur, 15-20 mins from amenities from salon to swimming pool make sense?
I feel in future the flat appreciation is going to be capped while villa supply would definitely reduce at least with a trade off on price/location. Unclear on choosing convenience over long term.
Note, dont want to take the burden of keeping both as is, especially in this economy
