I have been trying to make an urgent update to a home policy for over an HOUR. Cannot connect to an actual human being. It does not allow me to make the update online as it tells me to CALL. When I call the robot either disconnects me or puts me on an indefinite hold. I have already spent an hour of my morning trying to make a simple change. Make it make sense
