How does the Veeam NAS feature work? Does it cover system and applications or just share folders? How will the license work? Let's say 1 server with 10 TB of share data. Does it count as 1 license instance or 1 + 20 license instances (10000 / 500)?

Currently have Fortigate 200F in production with Cisco switches. Currently routing happens at the core switch. Have a design for replacing with FortiSwitch 1024E and FAP-831F and 432FR. Can the routing be kept still at the switch instead of fortigates? Will Fortilink still work? What are the pros and cons?
