Hey guys, feeling pretty deflated and sad. I just quit my new grad 3 months in after getting bullied in my ward in my first rotation. I was a bit slower to learn things than other grads but thought I was doing OK. Intimidation started about 3 weeks ago and my mental health couldn't take it any more. I only ever got into nursing to help people and now I'm just completely jaded 😓 any words of encouragement or stories to make me feel better? 🙏
