Better to apply to ~20+ jobs per day using the same resume or ~5-7 jobs per day with a resume that takes more time but is tailored to the job posting language

Hi everyone. 28M. Currently on the job search after leaving a toxic job. Its been 3 weeks, and the main strategy I've been using is to just shoot out between 15-25 job applications per day with the same resume. I've gotten some interview requests, but nothing that's gone anywhere.

I've been talking with some people and doing more research, and it seems a lot of people are recommending to use chatgpt, gemini, or claude to tailor the language on my resume towards the ATS systems that most companies use now. Seems like a good idea, but this would require more time to get each resume to mirror the language as close as possible.

Is it better to keep mass applying to jobs or should I start trying to pick a smaller amount of jobs that I think I'd be more suited for and use the AI strategy? Sorry if this is a stupid question the last time I had to job search was in 2020 so I'm not familiar with as many of the new tricks and strategies.

How could I go about breaking into HR?

Hi guys. 28M. I'm currently on the job search after leaving my job 3 weeks ago due to the owner inconsistently paying employees, downsizing significantly, and treating the remaining staff extremely poorly. Most of my experience comes in marketing and administration, but I've been looking into HR over the past year.

Unfortunately I've had trouble even getting a response from any of the HR roles that I've applied to. I'm not sure what I could be doing with my resume to make it more appealing to potential HR roles, so if anyone has some advice I'd be very grateful.

I'd be happy to send an image of my resume through PM if it might help someone get a better gauge on what I could change, as I know links and images are not allowed in the post.

Is it just me or all the supermarkets I go to, mainly Shoprite and Stop and Shop, are either out of strawberries (regular not organic) or have the last of the bunch that don't look too good. Is there some kind of strawberry shortage going on or something.
