Bought the listing, seller deleted listing, and relisted. She is also telling my friend it’s still available. Only took the risk as seller had many reviews and it didn’t appear to be a bot account, but again, always be careful with deals that look too good to be true

Missed out on this local lot by minutes just for a scum reseller to list it the same day… beware of this user
