FBEOD routine help
Hi! I've been going to the gym for like a month now, this is my routine I do every other day in this order pretty much:
Chest Press 3x
Shoulder Press 3x
Lat Pulldown 3x
Close grip row 3x
Leg Press 3x
Leg Curl 3x
Bicep Hammer Curls 3x
Tricep Pushdown 3x
Is this good you think? Should I change anything?
