Question about the PHS employment history section — how far back do you actually need to go?
I know residence is 10 years but the form says "list ALL jobs" with no time limit specified. I'm 37 so that could mean going back to my first job at like 18-19. Is it really every single job ever, or is there an understood cutoff?
