Charged almost $80 in interest for April statement paid in full
Like many of you, I was incorrectly charged interest on the entirety of my April statement balance despite never having carried a balance. I called Cardless last night (at like 10pm PDT on a Sunday so I do appreciate that a live agent was available!) and they immediately reversed the charge.
I’ve been a big fan of the Palladium card while also checking my transactions frequently due to all of the issues reported on this sub, and this is the first time I’ve had an error like this. $80 in interest is nothing to sneeze at, though.
