Which slicer?

I should be getting my printer next Monday! I was wondering which slicer are you using. Qidi studio or maker. I see I can use either.

I also have simplify 3d available.

As I’m patiently waiting for my printer I’m started taking a look at the qidi slicer. I’m not familiar with the orca type slicers as I have been using Simplify3d for many years.

I normally print ABS, ASA, PC, and their carbon counterparts and almost exclusively I use polymaker filaments.

Here come my questions:

Is there an easy way to load filament profiles that are not built in? I can save as an existing filament and then change it for my needs but it would be nicer to load them if they exist

Second, I know this printer can print fast. But the speeds that should on the slicer look very high specially when you consider the flow rates of different materials. In my old printer, I can print over 150 but I keep my mac speed around 100 and my outer walls around 60….. here is my questing, what speeds are you using to keep the quality high.

Thanks in advance as I’m patiently waiting.
