I left an office where they hired uncertified RDAs and didn’t tell me. I only found out after befriending the RDAs. I’m in Alberta so the RDAs have a larger scope of practice and the responsibility falls under the dentist who is “supervising” them. What’s ridiculous is that one of the hygienists was also unlicensed. Going forward I ask the office managers to show me every RDAs licenses. Just be careful out there as new grad dentists
