So at this point, a huge majority of India is governed by the BJP or its allies. Love it or hate it, that’s the political reality on the ground. What will be BJP’s next excuse be for the lack on ground development? Or will it same old - Mughal, Pakistan, Nehru, Gandhi, Hindu Khatre mein hai, Muslim, Khalistan etc?

I’m about to renovate my annex in one of the nicer areas of Chandigarh and can’t decide what to do.

Make 2 studio apartments for students/young working people at decent rent.

Or make 1 nicer 2BHK with a modern Airbnb/Pinterest kind of vibe and charge more.

What do you think 🤔
