If there is a new conversational AI platform for your petabytes of data at various sources, what metrics do you evaluate before start using that?

Is it accuracy? Latency? (Real time and near real time updates to the data) Cost? or convinience that at any point of time you may ask any question and you should able to get the answer?

edit: security is considered as non-negotiable

there are plenty already, but, do you use another conversational data analytics platform? If it differentiates on where it is executing the query, and whether the data being sent to LLM for analysis.

If a platform, that does not send your data to LLM, and also if it executes queries on the sources itself, do you, as a business leader, being owner of data across divisions, still use such a new platform, considering there are many data analytical, text2sql tools exists already?
