Restoration of status processing times
My friend just applied for restoration of status for his work visa, initial application got rejected as the LMIA didn’t get approved on time. LMIA came in a month later… now he is still in restoration window and re applied but obviously can’t and won’t work until visa is approved.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and know how long it takes? It says 200+ days for processing time but it seems excessive since his original visa application came back after 2 months?
