I need some guidance for the process of this. My father unfortunately passed away recently. It happened all of sudden and he didn't have any will in his name.

I want to transfer his car to my name. He didn't had UAE pass but I cannot access it as it was logged and asks for facial recognition. The typing centers I went tell me it requires his UAE pass. How can I transfer without UAE pass?

His visa was Sharjah and the car is registered in Sharjah. I'm on RAK visa.
