What do Hero Tokens or the Capital have to do with conduit domain effects?
In the Templar description on page 93 of the Draw Steel Heroes book v1.01b, the phrase "(see Hero Tokens in the Capital section)" just seems like a complete non-sequitur.
Is there some connection I'm missing, or is this just a mistake?
