I know it’s not possible to block someone from sending you money via paylah or paynow.

However are there other methods that have been tried and true? Already contacted the bank and they said they can’t do anything.

Number is unable to be changed due to sentimental reasons (I strongly suggested this but my friend doesn’t wanna let go of her number for one idiotic person).

Is it too much if we go to the police for harassment? For context the paylahs are 1 cent each and come in almost every minute or so besides the time he’s eating or sleeping or showering I guess lol. went to over $20 in 2 days.
